Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Australia is provided by Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s) in accordance with a strict legislative framework. The National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (NVR Act) prohibits non-RTO’s from providing, or offering to provide nationally recognised VET courses; however the Act allows non-RTO individuals and corporations to form partnerships with RTO’s, and provide services which support the delivery of the RTO’s VET courses.
As an RTO, Skills Recognition International Pty Ltd has established systems for partnering with non-RTO organisations, which comply with the provisions of the NVR Act, creating opportunities for expansion through cooperative joint ventures with suitable business partners. These non-RTO business partners are referred to as Training Partners.
Skills Recognition International and the Training Partner are wanting to entering into a framework for a constructive, cost- effective partnership arrangement for the delivery of training and assessment to clients of the Training Partner with the assistance of Skills Recognition International Pty Ltd as the RTO. This Agreement is based on the recognition and responsibility of each party to contribute to quality program marketing, content, delivery and assessment outcomes as prescribed under the VET Quality Framework. The two parties formalise their arrangement by executing this agreement.
